“Pallo” (A Ball), 2015, steel, geared dc-motor, microcontroller, ultrasonic distance sensors, electronics

Faceted steel ball with a diameter of around one meter. A set of weights swing back and forth inside the ball. Causing the the faceted ball to wobble from side to side awkwardly slowly moving in the space. The ball tries to get away from the people approaching, with little success. A maximum effort for the minimal movement. The ball never learned how to roll.
